EPS Settlements Group Renews and Expands at 5613 DTC Parkway through Savills Studley

EPS Settlements Group currently occupies 11,855 square feet of space on the sixth floor, but will be expanding to 14,540 square feet when they relocate to the seventh floor in the third quarter of 2015. In addition, they are in the process of completing new space design to improve productivity and collaboration.
Savills Studley Executive Vice President and Branch Manager of the firm’s Denver Tech Center office, Jim McGrath represented EPS Settlements Group in the transaction along with his colleague, Managing Director, Tom Pappas. John Hutto of Colliers represented the landlord.
