User-generated content is now more of a focal point with reviews and news articles prominently displayed on the homepages. Each site has its own category of user reviews / ratings. On Condo.com, reviews are written on condominiums, Houses.com has housing community reviews, and on Property.com, you can find neighborhood-specific reviews posted by users.
