Eric Simonson of Everest Group to Offer Roadmap for Successful Benchmarking at Outsourcing World Summit

This year’s gathering marks the 20th anniversary edition of the Outsourcing World Summit (OWS), hosted by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).
