Estes Express Selected as Vendor of the Year by Craters & Freighters of SW Florida
CAPE CORAL, Fla. (PRWEB) December 07, 2017 -- On Saturday evening, December 2, 2017 Gary and Evelyn McKinley, owners of Craters & Freighters of SW Florida, hosted their annual holiday party and awards at the Caloosa Club at Cape Royal Golf Club in Cape Coral.
The event was attended by the Craters & Freighters team. Food was prepared by Chef Mark and his team, restaurant manager, and music was provided by Daryl Balerud of Cape Coral/Bismarck ND.
During the welcoming, Gary requested a special guest join him in front of the group. The guest was Todd Gosman, Terminal Manager for Estes Express in Ft Myers, FL. Estes Express Lines is a full-service freight transportation provider based in Richmond, Virginia. Founded in 1931, Estes has 214 terminals and over 13,000 employees.
Gary presented Todd with a “Vendor of the Year” plaque for their exemplarily service and support of the SW Florida Craters & Freighters location. During the presentation, Gary discussed why they were selected for the award. Under Todd’s management, Estes provides on time service, supporting the SW Florida Craters & Freighters location since the McKinleys purchased it over eleven years ago, working with this location setting up a new TMS (Transportation Management System) and supporting a charity organization by shipping products that were being donated by Craters & Freighters.
