ETCO Incorporated Announces Distribution Agreement with Anixter Component Solutions Division for the Asian Market
Bradenton, FL (PRWEB) April 27, 2015 -- ETCO Incorporated, a leading manufacturer of custom precision stampings, today announced a distribution agreement with Anixter Incorporated’s Component Solution Division for its products sold in Asia. The agreement covers the majority of ETCO parts manufactured in the United States for export to Asia. It comes as ETCO see increased growth in the Asian market for its products in the appliance, automotive, HVAC, telecommunications and other industries. The agreement allows Asian customers to receive their products with even shorter leads times now as a result of stocking being done by Anixter’s component solutions division.
While ETCO has long had a presence in Asia particularly with automotive parts and appliance component sales, the company just recently (within the past 5 years) started selling products to other industries. This new agreement with Anixter provides a new avenue for ETCO’s products including the Closed Back Insulated Disconnect product, the Insulation Displacement Connector, the EDGE-C Composite Wire Termination Applicator and over 1800 other products including ring terminals, insulated connectors, printed circuit board terminals and more. Furthermore the agreement allows Anixter’s Component Solutions Division to serve as a representative for ETCO specific to custom industrial products.
Speaking on the agreement, ETCO Executive Vice President, Sean Dunn states, “This agreement allows ETCO to supply product with shorter lead times to the Asian market.” He continues, “Our innovations are already finding success in that market due to the extensive support and quality we offer.” ETCO’s custom precision stampings are available in strip format as well as loose piece parts. Anixter’s Component Solutions Division will be providing these parts for sale in both configurations to customers.
