ETech 7 Takes IT Consulting to New Heights
NEW YORK (PRWEB) June 18, 2018 -- Managed IT services and IT consulting companies provide clients with a reliable oversight of their work environment and infrastructure, manage their security requirements, efficient client support, and resolve various issues that may arise. This sort of outsourcing, when done properly, will ease the headaches caused by IT issues – however, most companies stop there.
On the other hand, ETech 7, a leading managed IT services company, does not. Based in Manhattan, ETech 7 serves businesses with managed IT support and IT consulting. Emil Isanov, CEO, ETech 7, says “We’re looking to do much more than just provide IT services. We’re also taking steps to provide businesses with the right decision-making tools for them to better determine that their business needs and what their business needs from us.”
Isanov further adds that “There’s a gap between how well people understand IT and how quickly IT changes – or, for a lack of a better phrase, re-innovates itself. We’re building ETech 7’s website with the thought of including all of the information about the company but also be a repository of IT-related problem-solving materials for business owners to use as a resource.” A study by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Group, an international group of thirty-three member countries that aim to discuss and develop economic and social policy, has conducted a study on 215,942 people across 33 countries from 2011 to 2015 to test their computer literacy and computer-related skills. In summary, almost 70% of the participants ranked “poor” and 26% of the participants weren’t even able to use computers. With that high of a gap, it is not surprising that majority of the workforce may have trouble understanding exactly what goes into getting the right data backup plan or cloud service.
“That’s why we’re here. On top of helping people with their IT stuff – we are also trying to be an informative focal point for people that are not as well-versed in technology,” says Isanov. “It all boils down to making the right decisions. Most people don’t know which services that need but they almost always know what they think they want. For instance, a business may want data backup but when you ask them what type of data backup they need – they might not know which is best for their business.”
Technology takes a lot of patience. It takes time to learn the ins and outs of the business and ETech 7 understands that most businesses do not have the luxury of time to learn everything there is to learn about IT.
“Most business owners would rather spend their time expanding their business, nurturing their leads, and taking care of their clients rather than worry about what a blue screen of death is. They have so many other stuff to think about – and that’s where ETech 7 comes in,” says Isanov. “We also have an easy-to-read blog that releases weekly content for people looking for information or plainly looking for something technology-related to read.”
ETech 7, in the near future, plans to release more e-books and self-help guides that will help business owners decide which IT support service and software they need and which they can go without. ETech 7 currently has three free e-books available: Choosing the Right IT Services, Free Disaster Recovery Plan, and Free Cloud Services Guide.
Isanov concludes, “The e-books we have on our website have helped our clients make the right IT choices. IT has become an overall passion and we want to be part of a business’ overall growth.”
