As a result of the acquisition, eTERA Consulting will be expanding its Electronic Discovery Reference Model (“EDRM”) capabilities with a team of highly experienced leaders in the eDiscovery industry, expert legal consultants, exceptional pool of contract attorneys and paralegals, document review centers with a seating capacity exceeding 300 in key strategic locations, and a proven model for effectively managing document review, the most costly aspect of eDiscovery. eTERA also announced that Ashish Prasad, founder of Discovery Services and a widely recognized expert in eDiscovery, will serve in key functions given his new leadership role in the combined entity.
