Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge is an organization that provides lifetime refuge for abandoned, abused and neglected "big cats.” The refuge mainly specializes in tigers, but there are also lions, leopards, cougars, bobcats, black bears, ligers, servals, a monkey, a coatimundi and a grizzly bear. Turpentine Creek is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
While in Eureka Springs, take a tram, van or walking tour and learn about the historic buildings and unique past. Trolleys are a preferred way to get around the winding, crisscrossed streets.
