Evolver Releases Version 2.0 of XLerator Tool
Reston, VA (PRWEB) January 26, 2016 -- The Legal Services Division of Evolver, Inc. announces new and enhanced features to their XLerator tool that enables users to review and produce redacted native excel files in a more time efficient and cost effective manner. XLerator provides an innovative solution to the current industry process of redacting excel files in an image format, a process that fails to provide an accurate depiction of the information contained in an excel native file, and may not always comply with production requirements between parties.
New Features
• Global Deduplication & Redaction
All excel files are deduplicated during ingestion and redactions are applied to all duplicate excel files automatically. This reduces the volume of review and the risk of inconsistent redactions.
• Global Search
Users can find and redact the same key word across all excel files anticipated for review. This feature greatly decreases the time spent manually applying the same textual redactions.
• Inverse Redaction
Users can now choose to redact “everything except” their highlighted selection. This is yet another time saver for applying redactions.
• Increased Speed
Powered by MongoDB, users will experience increased speed through the entire review process. For example, 70,000 excels can be ingested, redacted, and exported in a matter of hours as compared to days with traditional methods.
• Modernization
Cloud-based application optimized for the scalability of AWS (Amazon Web Services). Evolver can host on their cloud, a client’s cloud, or behind a client’s firewall
