Albuquerque, NM (PRWEB) April 29, 2015 -- The Law Office of Dorene A. Kuffer, PC has been growing at an unprecedented rate. Consequently, it needed to add a seasoned paralegal to its team of family law attorneys, and found Gloria Sepnieski.
With more than 10 years of experience at some of the best law firms in New Mexico, Sepnieski plays a crucial role. Paralegals are the backbone of any law firm worth its weight.

"Now hopefully the first person that answers the phone will be able to answer them," says Kuffer.
In order to fully achieve this goal, the Law Office of Dorene A. Kuffer, PC also hired another attorney, who will start in the fall.
"With the addition of another lawyer a couple of months ago, we felt that the lawyers needed more support to be able to adequately help the client," says Kuffer. "As part of any kind of organized growth of a law firm, the support for the attorneys is critical to be able to allow the attorneys to do what they need to do in the courtroom as well as in the office, and paralegals offer the support for those attorneys that is crucial in helping the attorneys be able to do what they need to.

Thanks to the breadth and volume of her experience, Sepnieski has so far been excelling at the firm. According to Kuffer, she is doing what it takes to get court dates scheduled and get court responses when needed. She is adding another layer of in depth trial support.
