DALLAS (PRWEB) April 26, 2018 -- FaithSearch Partners, a top-ten retained executive search firm for faith-based organizations, has merged with Halftime Talent Solutions, a company which has uniquely served mission-motivated nonprofit and for-profit clients. The union creates a stronger, wider resource base through both companies' combined networks as they continue to operate under the FaithSearch Partners brand, based in Dallas.
"We are delighted, excited and blessed to be significantly broadening our search capabilities to ministries and not-for-profits through this merger," says Ed Fry, CEO, FaithSearch Partners. "The team at Halftime Talent has a deep network and history of positively impacting the faith-based community through quality retained search, leadership succession consulting, and board prospect sourcing. We look forward to serving clients old and new through this partnership."
Halftime Talent Solutions also managed leadership searches for faith-based organizations, specializing in mission-motivated nonprofit and for-profit clients. The firm's CEO, Greg Barnes, will now serve as president of FaithSearch's Mission Enterprise division, which will oversee leadership searches for nonprofits, ministries, churches and marketplace businesses seeking leadership with strong spiritual values. It will also manage non-search-related activities, including interim leadership and consulting services. Barnes also has extensive experience in healthcare search, which he will apply in FaithSearch's healthcare division.
