Michael was born and raised in New Jersey where he started Big Byte Solutions in 2013. He maintained a varied portfolio of satisfied clients throughout the tristate area. His ability to focus on the task at hand while still understanding the bigger picture has brought him success throughout his career. His passion for customer service has always been appreciated by any client he has worked for. Michael has always viewed himself and Big Byte Solutions as a technology solutions provider and has always gone above and beyond the typical role of IT support. This made him a perfect fit for Exelegent. His background in IT and his understanding of running an MSP (Managed Service Provider) will become invaluable assets to Exelegent.
