Exhibition designers, Quadrant2Design, eliminate errors in Exhibition Stand Design & Build Projects
Poole, Dorset (PRWEB UK) 27 February 2014 -- Exhibition stand design company, Quadrant2Design has announced its ‘100% Exhibition Stand Pre-Build Initiative’, believed to be the only service of its kind available in the United Kingdom.
This service is free and available to all customers investing in the company's Prestige Events System, either on a free-hire and installed basis, or as a 'self-build' exhibition stand solution.
The 'Pre-Build' service means that every exhibition stand designed, created and manufactured by the company, will be fully built in their Poole premises before installation, to ensure that on the day of the actual build everything works faultlessly and without a hitch.
To this end, the company has allocated over 4000 sq. feet of their factory space into a 'pre-build zone'. This space allows for the uninterrupted pre-building of up to a dozen various-sized exhibition stands at any one time.
This move comes as part of Quadrant2Design’s total commitment to quality control and their ongoing development of their 'bullet-proof' methodology of exhibition stand production.
Quadrant2Design's Sales Director Andrew Carney comments: "Exhibition stands are complex projects and unforeseen difficulties, usually outside of our control, can disrupt the installation. We need to make sure that we eliminate, as far as we can, any potential quality problems before we go on-site, or before we hand the stand over to a client who is self-building. We have come to the conclusion that the only way to guarantee quality is to go to the lengths of pre-building every single exhibition stand. So our aim with this new initiative is to reduce to almost zero, the margin for human, technical or hardware error."
Under these quality control procedures, every clients exhibition stand is fully built to completion in the days or weeks before the actual event. The pre-built stand is then inspected for any potential issues or problems, before being signed off as perfect. Every stand is then photographed before being carefully dismantled and packed into a designated holding bay.
Quadrant2Design point out that the pre-build is comprehensive; including every single component that will be required on the day, from the individual lights to the shelving, graphics, counters and so on.
Clients are welcome to attend the pre-build of their exhibition stand, or if preferred Quadrant2Design will send them documentary photographs. Either way clients will experience the total reassurance of seeing their actual exhibition stand, fully completed, prior to actual installation on-site at their exhibition.
This level of control and prior planning is unheard of in the exhibition industry, and Quadrant2Design don't believe that any other exhibition stand designers and manufacturers, will be able to go to these extraordinary lengths. Andrew Carney explains: "Other exhibition solutions, whether they're 'custom builds' or other modular exhibition stands, are much more labour intensive when compared to our Prestige Events System. This would make it extremely difficult for other exhibition contractors to copy our pre-build policy."
