Expect Big Things From BookPal in 2014
Orange County, CA (PRWEB) January 21, 2014 -- BookPal, the premiere online bulk book retailer, had a record-breaking year in 2013. Building off that momentum, the company plans to continue expanding in 2014. BookPal founder and president Tony DiCostanzo is extremely pleased with his company’s progress in the past year. “We’re looking forward to continued growth and expansion of our core business in 2014,” says Dicostanzo.
In addition to record revenue in 2013, BookPal launched a new website, moved into new headquarters, and secured a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for the second year in a row. Overall, BookPal has increased revenue by 881% in just three years.
BookPal’s move to a new, larger headquarters in Irvine, CA is a direct result of steady growth over the past few years. The new headquarters is able to accommodate more employees, including new hires in Marketing and Sales. In other exciting news, BookPal also launched a new website last April. The website relaunch rolled out dynamic pricing, advanced product comparisons, customization services, and alternative formats for online purchase. The new headquarters, coupled with the new website, has set the foundation for BookPal’s big plans for 2014.
The website will see several more upgrades to increase functionality for purchasers and facilitate more advanced affiliate options. BookPal will grow and adapt the website to accommodate plans to expand the online catalogue to over one million unique products and to facilitate the newly launched Affiliate Program, which the company hopes will expand its reach and deliver bulk books to broader markets.
About BookPal
BookPal, LLC was founded in 2005 in Irvine, California. From the very beginning, our vision was to make bulk book purchasing as easy as possible for corporations and educational institutions. We realized that large, mainstream booksellers were not attuned to the needs of bulk book buyers so we developed a plan to simply and streamline bulk ordering. Initially, BookPal focused on healthcare titles, but as we began to see requests for novels, business books and literature, we expanded our catalogue to include just about every book in print – over 3 million books available in bulk!
