At the helm will be new Operating Partner for Central and North Florida, James Layson. With over 25 years experience in hospitality investments, Layson has already been tapped to repurpose iconic Church Street Station as a vibrant restaurant and entertainment district.

And just last month, Prakas handled the acquisition of Shucker’s Island Beach oceanfront restaurant by a publicly-traded hospitality group.
