Experts from the American Institutes for Research to Present at 9th World Conference on the Promotion of Mental Health
Washington, DC (PRWEB) September 05, 2015 -- Experts from the American Institutes for Research (AIR) will present at the 9th World Congress on the Promotion of Mental Health and the Prevention of Mental and Behavioural Disorders in Columbia, SC, September 9-11. AIR will also sponsor a day-long pre-conference session on September 8 devoted to implementing innovations in school mental health across North America.
The conference’s theme, “Global Knowledge for Local Change,” covers six key areas: integrated health, positive psychology, school mental health, social and technological innovation, underserved populations, and wellbeing. The conference, sponsored by the University of South Carolina and the U.K.- based Clifford Beers Foundation, will be held at the Hilton Columbia Center.
