Express Success Announces "Clearing Your Holiday Stress"
Lakeland, Florida (PRWEB) December 10, 2014 -- Express Success announces a group healing entitled, "Clearing Your Holiday Stress" to take place over the telephone on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 8:00 PM EST. Joy Pedersen, Founder and President of Express Success, will be hosting the call. She is a Licensed Spiritual Healer and Coach and non-denominational ordained minister and Doctor of Divinity. Pedersen works regularly with her private clients over the telephone and does this call on an annual basis.
Holiday stress statistics reported by the American Psychological Association show that up to 69% of people are stressed by the feeling of having a “lack of time”, 69% are stressed by perceiving a “lack of money”, and 51% feel stressed out over the “pressure to give or get gifts”.
Stress is the perception of pressure, tension, worry, fear, dread or anxiety. The way we respond to stress can exacerbate, or even create physical and emotional problems.
Stress contributes to problems such as allergies, muscle tension, upset stomach or heartburn, sore throats, sinus infections, colds and flu, migraine or tension headaches, sleep disorders, high blood pressure, angina, heart disease and heart attacks. And many individuals develop unhealthy behaviors to cope with stress: overeating, using alcohol or drugs, or irritability.
Through the process of spiritual healing, Dr. Joy Pedersen will work with the subconscious and release the cause and contributing factors of the stress the participants are feeling. She will also clear the energy and participants of upcoming holiday travel and events to help elevate those experiences.
