eZanga.com Attends First Ever Happening List Blue Carpet Bash
Wilmington, DE (PRWEB) June 17, 2014 -- On the evening of June 12, winners and finalists of the North DelaWHERE Happening List “Best Places to Work” gathered at the Ed Oliver Golf Club in Wilmington, DE to celebrate their achievements. These award winners, among others, were announced on the North DelaWHERE website on April 14.
eZanga.com was named as a finalist in the “Best Places to Work 2014 category, along with University of Delaware. The YMCA of Delaware took home the top prize for “Best Place to Work” for 2014. Voters also nominated The Fun Dept. and Santa Fe Mexican Bar & Grill in this category.
eZanga’s marketing team attended the event to accept their award on behalf of the company. Michelle Brammer (far left), Marketing and PR Manager at eZanga, weighed in, “The North DelaWHERE What’s Happening Event was a fantastic collaboration of entrepreneurs and big business from throughout the New Castle County area. It brought together an eclectic group of people from Northern Delaware who all have passion, dedication, and drive to make New Castle County a better place to live and work.”
The North DelaWHERE Happening List is a people’s choice voting contest centric to New Castle County. This was the first year that NDH held an awards banquet, with hundreds of locals and local business owners walking the blue carpet to celebrate being part of the North Delaware community.
According to the NDH website, North DelaWHERE Happening Magazine prides themselves on being “produced by locals for locals about the local area.” Founders Tracy Zigman and Suzy Casey have both lived in Delaware their entire lives and share a passion for the state, its people, and its culture. Their website includes blog posts pertinent to New Castle County and surrounding areas, as well as local restaurants and bars, salons, and notable people from the community.
North DelaWHERE Happening is a satellite of a larger corporation, Happenings Media.
