Redwood City, California (PRWEB) September 17, 2014 -- F50 (Fundable 50), a private co-investment platform, revealed today that its Season 1 (S1) class of startups has already begun demonstrating notable progress. More than half of the S1 startups have raised money for their round, collectively raising more than $10 million; $3 million of which came from F50 co-investors.
S1 finalists including Gummicube, Whale Path, Thinknum and Oculii have continued to thrive and grow after closing sizeable funding rounds since the F50 Season 1 event.
“Season 1 has shown great promise, and our team is lining up an even more competitive class of finalists this round. We focus on guiding applicants who show high potential and help position them favorably in front of motivated investors,” said F50 CEO and Founder, David Cao.
Due to S1’s success and the subsequent surge in S2 applications, more investors have expressed interest in joining F50’s selection process. To ensure the highest quality of selected startups, F50 has recently established the Investor Advisory Committee (IAC) of angels and venture capitalists who will evaluate applicants going forward.
All interested and eligible applicants may apply by September 20, 2014 for S2 consideration at f50.io/apply.
