Falafel Software Launches New Office in Dubai
Capitola, CA (PRWEB) November 24, 2013 -- Falafel Software Inc., a Silicon Valley-based provider of software development consulting and training services, is pleased to announce the official opening of its new office in Dubai Internet City.
Falafel Software President and CEO Alain “Lino” Tadros will oversee operations at the new office, and is on hand for the grand opening. “Dubai was a sensible choice for Falafel Software,” said Tadros. “Dubai Internet City is a major technology hub for the Middle East and with many of our major partners such as Microsoft, HP, and Accenture already headquartered there, it was the natural choice for our Middle Eastern presence.”
The new office isn’t just for the Middle Eastern business however, the strategic location will allow Falafel Software to provide better service its customers in Europe and will serve as a more practical access point to the growing business throughout Asia and India. “Geographically speaking, the timezone at our new office is more closely aligned with that of our European customers, which enables us to provide better customer service and support,” said Mike Dugan, Vice President of Products at Falafel Software. “The new location will also give us a strategic foothold in the region that will open the door to new business not only in the MIddle East, but in other countries around the world.”
As part of the grand opening festivities at Falafel Software Dubai, Mr. Tadros will be giving a free talk titled “Mobile Development in 2014 and Beyond” at Microsoft Gulf. Microsoft Gulf is located in Dubai Internet City and serves as Microsoft’s headquarters for business in Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE. Attendees of Mr. Tadros’s two and a half hour session will learn about both native and cross platform tools used for developing mobile applications and get a taste of the expertise that Falafel Software will bring to the region.
“Attendees of Lino’s session are in for a treat,” said Dugan. “It doesn’t matter if he is doing development with native technology or with cross platform tools like Xamarin Studio or Telerik’s Icenium, Lino is a true expert and he is in his element when he is on stage teaching.”
