Farage and Clegg make the best partnership
(PRWEB UK) 13 April 2015 -- Praditus, the online self-assessment platform, today revealed the best and worst political combinations, based on psychometric and qualitative profiling of the seven top party leaders. Nigel Farage and Nick Clegg were found to be one of the most compatible, based on their adaptability, simplicity and mutual understanding.
In contrast, the data revealed that Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg would likely make the worst partnership, along with Natalie Bennett and Nicola Sturgeon.
Candidate compatibility was analysed using the Praditus Motivation Archetypes Model with data collected from each of the candidate’s personal discourses and interviews. The new meta-platform studies the interactions between personality traits and skills, whilst also analysing individual needs, knowledge and values.
Praditus used the model to catagorise each party leader’s personality profile, which revealed:
David Cameron (Conservative): Challenger/Activist/General:
• A ferocious opponent who enjoys competition
• Vigorously defends causes that promote political or social change
• Wants to lead, guide and inspire people in order to achieve great things
Ed Miliband (Labour): Social Planner/Researcher/Peacemaker:
• Identifies new trends and alternatives in order to serve the best interest of all parties
• Excellent mediator and facilitator
• Wishes to discover the truth by applying recognised principles
Nick Clegg (Liberal Democrats): Autonomous Thinker/Politician/Diplomat:
• Driven by needs of self-transcendence and self-achievement
• An expert in the art of influencing and persuading others
• Has the ability to deal with difficulties in a sensitive and tactful way
Nigel Farage (UKIP): Average Joe/Challenger/Cave Dweller
• Straightforward with strong beliefs
• Wants to win. When he does, he enjoys being right, if not he will try again
• Happy when he can satisfy basic needs in everyday life
Yohan Ruso CEO, Praditus said: “ The General Election is one of the biggest UK events this year and the data provides us with further insight as to what makes each candidate tick, as well as who would and wouldn’t work well together in the event of a coalition.”
Andres Davila, Research Director continues: “Our tests are based on state of the art psychometric research, going beyond the traditional personality test, assessing over 50 cognitive and personality traits. The free assessment tool enables users to realise their full potential, areas of improvement, as well as what professional environment would help them to thrive.”
