Fashionable Carpet Saver Invented by InventHelp Client (BMA-4687)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) October 02, 2017 -- PITTSBURGH…An inventor from Chelmsford, Mass., who is also in the flooring business, was looking for a way to convince her customers to use floor mats in desk areas to protect the carpeting. She decided to design her own mat in such a way that it would have wide appeal.
She developed a prototype for the patent-pending CAROL’S DECO MAT to improve the look of the traditional desk chair floor roller mat. As such, it adds color and flair to any office décor. At the same time, since it stays firmly in place, it actually extends the life of carpeting. It is also attractive, practical and easy to use. Other appealing features are convenience, effectiveness and an affordable price.
The inventor’s professional experience inspired the idea. “I own a flooring company and realized after doing a large commercial job that if mats weren’t used under the desk area, the carpet would wear out faster than it should. However, I decided to enhance the traditional floor mat used for this purpose with an attractive design to make it more appealing,” she said.
The original design was submitted to the Boston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
