Bunk admits that it was her own fitness journey that inspired her to become a personal trainer. She explains, “My own fitness journey is what inspired me to become a personal trainer in the first place. Fitness, combined with a passion for a healthy lifestyle, has enriched my life in so many ways beyond mere physical exercise. I truly believe that fitness is a powerful gateway for life transformation, and I chose to teach fitness because I feel my life's calling is to help enrich the lives of others. I have always been passionate about the human body, all it is capable of, and how good it feels to move well.
