PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) November 15, 2014 -- People become frustrated because they've had to redo a project because of ineffective fasteners. Fortunately, an inventor from Hillsboro, Ill., has found a way to eliminate the need for that extra effort.

He developed a prototype for the UNIVERSAL CLAMP SYSTEM to keep building projects secure and solid. Furthermore, it is easy to install, built to last, affordably priced, saves time and ensures safety. It actually holds assembled parts in place better than other fasteners by providing a high level of retention force and accommodating reasonably high loads. As such, it is ideal for use any place in construction where extra strength is needed. It allows one person to do countless jobs alone. It is, therefore, very convenient and versatile. In addition, it is adaptable for use on a diverse range of materials, including wood, concrete and steel.

These fasteners can be used in rafters and sidewall construction, and on double plate 2x4s under sheeting. Eye bolts can be screwed onto plates and safety ropes can be used. After construction is complete, the eye bolts can be removed, and the plates can be left. The invention is very cost-effective in construction.

The inventor’s work experience inspired the idea. “I have used these devices in building projects, and found they held extremely well," he said, "making it impossible to break apart items assembled with this fastener."
