FasterHouse, LLC Delivers Namesake Promise to Home Seller This March

This son had neither the time nor the energy to clean out his father's home, fix it up and put it on the market. He spoke with the placement director at his father's retirement community about his anxieties, and at her recommendation, called FasterHouse, LLC.

Both the son and the estate sale company went through all of the possessions to determine which ones were fit to sell with the house, and which ones would be donated to charity.

FasterHouse is expected to close on the purchase of the property in less than a month. Once that's settled, FasterHouse, LLC will have its rehab team fix and update the home so it can be made ready to sell to a new family. The house is expected to be back on the market after all its updates by mid summer.
The company is managing the house's sale closing with the title company and is making sure everything is conveniently handled with ease for the son. That way, the son can focus on what's most important -- his father's health and new living situation.
