Father of Three Opens Window Genie Franchise in Jacksonville
Jacksonville, FL (PRWEB) October 06, 2015 -- Window Genie announces the grand opening of its newest location in south Jacksonville on October 12th. 10 year Jacksonville resident Chuck Smith is the owner. Window Genie is a national home service franchise specializing in residential and light commercial window cleaning, window tinting, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and more. Window Genie will service the south Jacksonville areas including St. John’s, Orange Park and Saint Augustine.
Before purchasing a Window Genie franchise, Smith worked for 19 years with Johnson and Johnson in a variety of roles from marketing to sales and training. Two years ago Smith left his job to start a medical consulting and technology company with a business partner. Smith said, “I was enjoying what we were doing and knew business ownership was the right thing for me, but I was travelling too much. With three young kids and a wife that just didn’t work so I began looking around again for a different ownership opportunity.”
Smith decided to work with a franchise coach to help him narrow down a list of franchise opportunities. Smith said, “Franchise coaches are good at getting you to talk about yourself, so I think he was able to really get to know me and what my goals and interests were.”
Window Genie was among the five opportunities initially presented to Smith. He said, “Right off the bat Window Genie stood out for its branding; it’s extremely cool. He said, “I was so impressed when I met the corporate staff. Ultimately when it came to making a decision that was best for his family, Smith chose Window Genie.
