Faun Duns of Caring Transitions of Northern Arizona Recognized with National Caring Transitions Shooting Star Award

In recognition of her efforts, Duns was awarded the Caring Transitions National Shooting Star Award for 2017 at the company’s national conference on February 9, 2018.
