As previously announced, Weeks will continue as FCAA president with Lori Pollack serving as executive director. Weeks and Pollack will work together with the board and officers, exploring opportunities for FCAA and its members.
Weeks is also charged with the role of Creditor Relations for FCAA. As creditors are instrumental in helping to get financially distressed consumers back on track, it is important for FCAA to maintain strong working relationships with the creditor community.
Pollack will be working with Weeks to bring new ideas to members. No stranger to the credit counseling conference circuit, she is currently focused on planning FCAA’s upcoming conference, April 25 – 27 in Nashville, Tennessee.
