Fibernet Corp to Sponsor, Participate in Dawg Run for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
Orem, UT (PRWEB) October 23, 2013 -- On Saturday, October 26, Fibernet Corp will be sponsoring and participating in the 3rd Annual Dawg Run, hosted by J Dawgs. Proceeds from this event benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Participants are asked to run a mile around the Provo High School Track, then to go J Dawgs station to eat hot dogs and compete in other physical challenges. Awards are given to the fastest team, the team with the best costumes, and the team displaying the best spirit. Children can also compete in the Race the Hotdog event, where they do a short sprint to try to beat Mr. Hotdog and win a prize.
"We’re excited to join with J Dawgs, Abbvie, and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in this wonderful event. The Foundation has already made huge strides towards a cure and extending the life expectancy of those suffering from this disease. With more contributions and support, they can continue the great work they do," explained Fibernet CEO Lane Livingston.
Registration for the event can be found here. Teams are asked to come to the Provo High School Track at 1 pm for check-in with the race beginning at 2 pm.
