Ron Keech is the longest continuously working employee at Village Green. For almost four decades, Ron has been making prescriptions for humans and animals alike, and saving lives in the process. His compounding pharmacy role is like none other. He says it is more fulfilling than he ever imagined. “I started as a pharmacist and when they added the compounding pharmacy I was the natural person to run it. I enjoy solving little puzzles which have a big impact on how people live,” said Keech. “I started at Village Green with an internship in pharmacy school and never left because I like having input in things and here I am able to do the research necessary and work with a team that understands allergies, nutrition, and all the other things that go into medical treatment.”
