Filippi Insurance Agency Initiates Raleigh Area Charity Event to Provide Community Mentorship to At-Risk Children
Fuquay-Varina, NC (PRWEB) April 19, 2017 -- Filippi Insurance Agency, a North Carolina company that offers asset protection assistance and financial planning services to communities throughout the greater Raleigh metropolitan region, is launching a charity drive to raise support and funding for a mentor program geared toward at-risk youth.
Current research shows that mentoring programs are highly effective in guiding children toward a productive future. This charity event will support efforts to pair area children with skilled mentors who can actively offer life assistance. As well, donations gathered will be used to ensure comprehensive training is in place for these mentors.
“We are on a mission to cover the costs of finding volunteer mentors for at-risk children in our community, and to gather donations that will cover the costs of the training these mentors will receive,” explains Gary Filippi, founder and principal agent of Filippi Insurance Agency.
