Melanson, who has been a member of Filter’s Advisory Board since July 2015, has spent nearly 30 years in the staffing and oursourcing industry in a variety of executive roles including VP, Global Solutions at Kelly Services Outsourcing & Consulting Group, Chief Solutions Officer at Aquent, where he developed and led the strategy for Aquent's marketing and design consulting, outsourcing, technology and training businesses and Senior Vice President at Randstad.
