Final Phase of New Homes Open at Esencia in Rancho Mission Viejo Community

(PRWEB) March 16, 2018 -- Beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 18, home shoppers are invited to celebrate the grand opening of Topaz by The New Home Company within The NorthWalk Neighborhoods, the final phase of new homes at the inter-generational village of Esencia on the historic Rancho Mission Viejo.
Esencia encompasses approximately 890 acres along some of the highest elevations of Rancho Mission Viejo (The Ranch). The homes at Esencia are offered through three different neighborhood collections: The Canyon House Neighborhoods, The Hilltop Neighborhoods and The NorthWalk Neighborhoods. At build-out, Esencia is expected to include up to 2,470 attached and detached homes for buyers of all ages and life stages, including non-gated “Gavilan” neighborhoods of primarily single-level homes exclusive to those age 55-plus.
According to Rancho Mission Viejo, LLC Vice President of Marketing Nadine Corrigan, positive homebuyer response to The Canyon House Neighborhoods and The Hilltop Neighborhoods reinforced The Ranch’s commitment to creating a true inter-generational Ranch community. Backed by the robust home sales of the first two collections, The NorthWalk Neighborhoods at Esencia began debuting in phased increments on October 22, 2017 and range in price from the high $400,000s to over $1 million.
“This collection of nine neighborhoods is the final phase of new homes at Esencia. At buildout, NorthWalk will include 752 attached and detached homes, with many showcasing our new California Progressive architectural design,” said Corrigan. “Interiors range from roughly 700 to nearly 4,500 square feet and each is designed to appeal to a broad array of homebuyers including on-the-go Millennials.”
Set to debut on March 18 is Topaz by The New Home Company. Topaz will add more room to grow for thriving move-up families who desire a more traditional single-family living experience. Topaz is made up of a collection of spacious detached homes, including single-story options, designed with up to 4 bedrooms and 4,420 sq. ft. of living area. Topaz’s generous sized homes also include lots averaging nearly 9,000 square feet to ensure there is room both inside and outside of the home to move freely. The Gavilan 55-plus homes within The NorthWalk Neighborhoods include the following:
• Alma by Del Webb - active-adult home designs in one and two-story configurations, exclusive to those age 55-plus, and priced from the $700s.
