Finch Brands Adds C Space Veteran Tim DeGennaro as AVP Insights Communities and Research Excellence to Lead its Growing Insights Community Business

PHILADELPHIA (PRWEB) May 14, 2018 -- Finch Brands, a Philadelphia-based brand consultancy, has announced the addition of C Space and Forrester veteran Tim DeGennaro as AVP, Insights Communities & Research Excellence. In this newly created role, Tim will lead the firm’s fast growing FinchSight Research Community (https://finchbrands.com/finchsight-communities) offering, which gives brands the ability to tap into consumer and customer insights on-demand, year-round.

The holy grail in unlocking value from insights communities is being able to connect insights to action by combining a deep understanding of advanced brand strategy concepts with deep knowledge of clients’ businesses.

DeGennaro is the firm’s latest hire in its Research Excellence group, which is tasked with offering a superior alternative to the big incumbent players in insights communities. According to the 2017 GRIT Report, Online Insights Communities are the #1 ranked emerging research technique in the world of consumer and customer insights. Finch has been focused on blending its strengths in both insights and brand strategy to create a differentiated offering in this space.

During his time at C Space, DeGennaro led insights communities for leading brands including Twitter, U.S. Bank, Sanofi Aventis, Hasbro, Heineken, and Dos Equis. Prior to C-Space, Tim started his career at Forrester Research, where he led qualitative and quantitative research programs aimed at helping executives make better decisions.
