FINRA Approves Creation of Hartman Real Assets Securities, Inc.
Houston, TX (PRWEB) November 14, 2016 -- The creation of HRAS is the realization of the Company’s goal to create a broker dealer firm dedicated to the distribution of quality real-estate-based alternative investments to our selling group partners, and represents an exciting new chapter for the Hartman family of companies.

HRAS gives Hartman the ability to distribute Hartman’s real-estate based alternative investment products to the broker/dealer and RIA communities, and we are excited to begin this new chapter in the Hartman story,” said Rick J. Upon its expected launch on January 1, 2017, HRAS will be responsible for the wholesale distribution of Hartman vREIT XXI, Inc. (“vREIT XXI”) as well as other investment programs sponsored by Hartman. On that date, our dealer management agreements with D.H. Hill Securities, LLLP (“D.H. Hill”) will end, as noted in vREIT XXI’s Form 8-K filed on October 6, 2016.
