Fire Extinguisher with Improved Pressure Gauge Invented by InventHelp Client (SAV-146)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) July 27, 2017 -- Since fire extinguishers are designed to provide an immediate safety response to fires, it is important to monitor their air pressure level to assure their effectiveness. Fortunately, an inventor from Waycross, Ga., has discovered an easy, yet effective, way to do this.
He developed a prototype for LOW PRESSURE INDICATOR to alert the user when air pressure in a fire extinguisher is too low. As such, it has the potential to prevent fire-related injuries, deaths and property damage. It improves the productivity of fire protection industry workers. Other important considerations are the amounts of time, effort and expense it saves. The fact that it operates automatically also makes it convenient and easy to use. In addition, it is effective and available at a reasonable price. It connects to the building Wi-Fi and then to fire alarm to notify of low pressure. It does not call fire trucks but will call for services.
The inventor’s professional experience inspired the idea. “After working in the fire protection industry for 28 years, I thought it would be much safer to have an audible signal triggered on a fire extinguisher when it required service,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Savannah office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
