Mr. Ruben has been in private practice for over 30 years and concentrates his practice on corporate, real estate, transactional, and securities matters, serving privately-held and public companies of all sizes. Mr. Ruben has substantial experience in representing software companies in dealing with license agreements, intellectual property issues, including infringement claims, and re-seller agreements for distribution. Mr. Ruben also has extensive experience in areas such as capital raising (in the form of either equity or leverage), financing, and structuring of transactions relating to the acquisition, sale or other disposition of entities or their assets. Mr. Ruben counsels clients with respect to day-to-day business matters, governance and structuring, including tax, succession and estate planning. Recently, Mr. Ruben has been serving as the Chief Financial Advisor to Panther Biotechnology, Inc., and has employed his accounting skills as a CPA and as a tax advisor to private clients through RFR Tax Services, LLC.
