First Team Real Estate Founder Gives Major Gift To Irvine Schools As Part Of Multi-Million Merage Family Commitment To Education And Families

Today, dozens of Irvine schools are ranked in the top percentiles of national and statewide ranking with many achieving Presidential honors and ‘Blue Ribbon’ status for excellence. In June 2015, the First Team Real Estate Foundation gave a gift of $175,000 to the Irvine Public School’s Foundation to sponsor their groundbreaking Summer Enrichment Academy.
“In today’s world, teaching science, technology, engineering, and math in compelling and fun ways is critical to our children’s future,” explained Mr. Merage. “Our gift to the Summer Enrichment Academy is given as recognition that the incredible work Irvine schools are doing to reach every child in Irvine and to improve the entire Orange County community.
