First Watch Renews Multi-Year Contract with Datum for Strategic Consulting and Technology Outsourcing
Sarasota, FL (PRWEB) March 29, 2015 -- First Watch has recently renewed a multi-year agreement to continue outsourcing all functional IT services and strategic consulting to Datum Corporation, a national technology and consulting company specializing in the multi-unit restaurant industry.
The contract encompasses all of First Watch, Bread & Company and The Good Egg locations spread across the country and will include future locations as the company continues to expand. Currently, First Watch is the largest and fastest-growing daytime-only restaurant concept in the U.S. with more than 120 restaurants in 17 states. It also operates 19 The Good Egg restaurants in Arizona and a Bread & Company location in Nashville with aggressive growth plans in place for the remainder of 2015.
