FirstService Residential Named Management Company of the Year and On-Site Manager of the Year

FirstService Residential-managed Diamond Grove Community also received honors for Medium (sized) Association of the Year and Community Association Volunteer Leader of the Year.
The Management Company of the Year Award is presented to a management firm that exemplifies the ethics of CAI, supports and fosters the educational and management goals of the associations they serve, provides exceptional employee support standards, and works to further the educational and service goals of the CAI. The On-Site Manager of the Year Award was presented to FirstService Residential General Manager Bettsi Ledesma. The On-Site Manager of the Year Award is presented to a manager who exemplifies the same dedication and criteria as the Management Company of the Year Award. Ms. Ledesma manages Nepenthe, a 591 townhome community located in Sacramento, Calif. The community features a clubhouse, two outdoor pools, spa, cabanas, tennis and pickleball courts, and miles of landscaped pathways.
