FirstService Residential’s 2016 Emerging Leaders Program Graduates 14 Associates
Irvine, CA (PRWEB) April 13, 2016 -- FirstService Residential, North America’s leading property management company, completed the fourth installment of its prestigious Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) in California. Aligned with the company’s core value to “Aim High,” the Emerging Leaders Program provides a curriculum for select associates who demonstrate strong leadership potential. This program is designed to foster professional development by increasing participants’ effectiveness as leaders in their current roles, strengthening their ability to contribute to organizational priorities, and preparing them for tomorrow’s leadership. The Class of 2016 included 14 associates from areas of the organization including community association management, accounting, finance, human resources and technology.
Following a stringent nomination and selection process focused on identifying high performers with leadership traits, selected associates were grouped into cross-functional teams and given a seven-month project. Teams were asked to provide creative and effective solutions to address topics including optimizing customer service to exceed customers’ evolving needs and expectations, attracting and retaining millennial associates and clients, and increasing revenue and cost efficiencies while enhancing service levels. Teams presented their solutions and findings to the company’s executive team.
