FirstService Residential Selected to Manage Master-Planned Community, Rarity Bay
Vonore, TN (PRWEB) November 25, 2013 -- FirstService Residential, formerly known in Tennessee as Community One Associates, has recently entered into a management partnership with Rarity Bay, an active lifestyle, master-planned community in East Tennessee. Located on 10 miles of Lake Tellico’s shoreline in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains, Rarity Bay features such amenities as an 18-hole championship golf course and clubhouse, first-class equestrian center and riding trails, swimming pool and tennis courts, walking trails, activities center and dog park.
