FirstService Residential Signs Lease with the Irvine Company for its New Office Relocation and Expansion
Orange County, CA (PRWEB) November 01, 2013 -- FirstService Residential, California’s leading property management company, today announced signing an office space lease with the Irvine Company for its building at 15241 Laguna Canyon Road, Irvine, CA. The California headquarters for FirstService Residential will occupy the entire building for all its companies located in Orange County which includes 225 staff out of a total of more than 650 employees statewide. Office construction is planned for completion in June 2014. FirstService Residential in California includes residential property management, commercial association management, builder and developer consulting services, and escrow services.

The commercial association management business known as Mar West Real Estate will jointly move to the new location. Mar West Real Estate was acquired by FirstService in December of 2012 and brings decades of expertise to the management of commercial associations throughout the Western U.S.
In addition, the company formerly known as Merit Association Services will also relocate to the Irvine building. The company provides association forward planning and budgeting services to many of the nation’s largest and well respected home builders and land developers throughout the United States, including the new prestigious Rancho Mission Viejo being developed in South Orange County.
The office is located in the Discovery Business Center, which offers easy access to the 5,405 and 133 freeways and the 241 Toll Road. The City of Irvine’s iShuttle offers two convenient routes that connect directly to Irvine Station where both Metrolink and Amtrak operate.
