FirstService Residential to Manage 16 New Community Associations
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) July 09, 2015 -- (July 9, 2015, Las Vegas, NV) - FirstService Residential, the leading community management company in Nevada, is adding a total of 16 new communities to its portfolio by welcoming seasoned manager Barbara Holland, president of H&L Realty and Management, to its team.
FirstService Residential began providing full-service management to nine of the 16 communities, with the remaining seven to follow in August. Barbara Holland, president of H&L Realty and Management, will join FirstService Residential as a regional manager, overseeing these communities, as well as a group of community managers. Holland has been managing community associations for over 30 years and holds a certified property manager designation (CPM) in real estate.
