FirstService Residential Welcomes New Members to the Texas Region Executive Leadership Team

Mark Wendorf joins the team as vice president of business development bringing 30 years of business and sales leadership experience within various markets including Government, IT, Telecommunications and vertical industries such as Energy. Wendorf, who leads all business development and sales efforts for the region states, “Our clients trust us to do what’s best for their community. We take pride in delivering maximum value and satisfaction for new and existing customers through developing strong relationships and an acute understanding of each community’s needs.”
Dehne Elliott also joins the team as vice president of human resources bringing progressive talent and organizational development experience, as well as a strong background in tying financial metrics to HR performance. In this new role, Elliott is responsible for leading HR strategies and programs in the areas of recruitment, performance management, training and leadership development for the Texas region.
Finally, Michelle Malegni joins the team as vice president of client accounting. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Malegni spent the majority of her career in the private club industry and at ClubCorp where she held multiple financial and management leadership roles. Malegni is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality financial services to the company’s association clients as well as leading strategy and improvements for accounting best practices.
