FISHER UNITECH Announces Capital Restructuring

TRC, based in Cleveland, OH, is a global private equity firm focused on acquiring and investing in growing businesses. Since its founding in 1988, Riverside has invested in more than 360 transactions and has more than 75 companies in its international portfolio.
FISHER UNITECH launched the project to create a foundation and structure for the future. The company’s primary objective was to establish a platform for the aggressive growth expected in both software and 3D printers over the next five years.
