Fitinuss LLC Announces the Acquisition of SWAP Club iOS App
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) September 08, 2017 -- Fitinuss LLC has announced the acquisition of the social-selling mobile marketplace SWAP Club from reKindness LLC.
The purchase of the SWAP Club iOS app enables Fitinuss to expand its portfolio of businesses and leverage its infrastructure to exponentially increase the size of the SWAP Club community beyond its current membership. “The combination of SWAP Club with our retail partnerships and marketing assets will significantly expand the community and provide members of SWAP Club an enhanced experience with an even greater sales success rate,” said Demarcus Thornton, President of Fitinuss. “The acquisition is also expected to result in greater efficiencies and significantly increase our share of the market,” added James Densmore.
Fitinuss will use SWAP Club’s existing technology. “The migration of the SWAP Club assets will take place over the next few weeks.
