The trainer replies within 24 hours with key measures of the performance, tips to improve form, estimated body fat composition and a selfie picture from the session, which is used for before and after photos. Next, the client is provided with a customized 5-day exercise plan with 21 minutes of exercise a day. On day 7, the client receives a full report of their results as well as nutritional guidance.
