Honorably serving in the Marine Corps from 2004 to 2008 and even serving a tour in Fallujah, Iraq, Priess explains how he discovered his passion for fitness.
He explains, “Upon return to the states I was very intrigued by Lincoln’s horrible obesity rates and knew I had to do something about it, so I put my heart and soul into the fitness world to start changing lives. In just a few months, I became a Certified Personal Trainer and am currently enrolled in the Health and Human Performance program at Union College to further my education. As a first time father, my priority is my beautiful baby girl and I strive to live a healthy lifestyle to raise my daughter and teach my clients, educating them on being healthier for themselves and their families.”
