Fitness Boot Camp Marketing Expert Bedros Keuilian Shares the Top Three Traits of Successful Boot Camp Owners
Chino Hills, CA (PRWEB) July 11, 2014 -- Bedros Keuilian is known in fitness circles as the boot camp marketing expert; a title he’s earned by founding the fast-selling fitness franchise in the country and coaching thousands of fitness professionals on marketing their businesses. He works with successful boot camp owners on a daily basis and in a recent blog post on the traits of the most successful boot camp owners, he said all of the top earners share three important qualities.
“I’ve worked with and coached some of the most successful people in the industry, whether they’ve attended one of my boot camp marketing seminars or they own one of our franchises,” says Keuilian. “The highest-earning people I know all share three important traits; all of them.”
Keuilian says the first of those traits is a “no-quitting allowed” attitude. “Especially in the beginning, when someone is just starting their boot camp, it’s really important that they are absolutely committed to persevering,” he says. “When you’re first starting out, you’re going to experience a learning curve and a lot of hard work. Plus, there are almost always friends or family members that don’t think you’ll succeed, even if they’re nice about it. People need to have a no-quitting attitude from the get-go in order to get past those things.”
The second trait Keuilian says successful boot camp owners share is the ability to focus on the important tasks like customer service and boot camp marketing and postpone or delegate the rest.
“The most successful boot camp owners I know learned early on to focus most of their time, energy and talent on the things that actually make them money and the things that use their best skills,” he explains. “They hired an assistant to handle the paperwork, web site maintenance and other stuff so that they could work on building their business and taking care of their clients.”
The third trait Keuilian noted is a problem-solving mindset.
“The really successful boot camp owners are problem-solvers by nature,” he explains. “Not just the problems that come up in the course of running a business, but the problems they can solve for potential clients in their communities. They’re great at finding gaps in the local fitness options or identifying a niche market with specific fitness needs and presenting a solution.”
Keuilian adds that many of the highest earners in his fitness boot camp franchise made their local reputations and built their incomes on working with those niche markets. “Whether it’s middle-aged women, athletes recovering from injuries or people with Type 2 diabetes and other illnesses, most of these boot camps found a sector of the market that was being underserved and they created programs and marketing campaigns geared for those niches.”
In his blog post, Keuilian mentions several other traits common to and important for those running successful boot camps, but he says these three are the most essential.
“If someone has these three traits, they can learn the other things they need to succeed,” he promises.
